Any unauthorised reproduction of pictures which are ©Graham Maskill will result in legal action being taken against the person, persons or company performing such an unlawful act.

All pictures come with a lifetime quality guarantee. The guarantee covers colour integrity and, if appropriate, picture frame integrity. This guarantee is dependant upon the products being cared for as instructed.

All guarantees are applicable only with regards to material defects & quality issues. Accidental damage once the package has been received & opened is not covered.

Refunds will be given only upon the return of the item in dispute. Each case will be considered on an individual basis.

All damaged items related to Postal delivery must be taken up with the Courier directly. All items are insured with the Courier (i.e. Royal Mail) to the amount of the item's purchase value.
